Privacy Policy

• Account info (optional): if you create an account, your email address, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. You can order as a guest without an account.
• Order details: the items you order and order status, so we can prepare and hand off your order.
• Payment: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

The app shows customers where the ice cream truck is. We do not track customers' locations. Truck location is shared only from the owner's device, and only while the owner turns on broadcasting.

We use trusted providers to run the app: Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (accounts), Cloudflare (our backend), and Open-Meteo (weather). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Only to take and fulfill your orders, provide support, and operate the app. We do not sell your personal information.

You can order without an account, and you can ask us to delete your account or order data anytime by emailing jnjohnson27@gmail.com.
